After all my articles, I told myself that it was time to tell you who I am.
I am a French national living in Manchester, UK with a full time job in Marketing. But during my spare time, I am also a Fitness Consultant. To help you achieve your goals is my passion and together we will make sure that you get where you wanna be.
I am a fitness enthusiast with over 10 years of experience. As many enthusiasts, I have learned a lot about our discipline: training, nutrition, strength, rumors, misconceptions…
I have read a lot of websites, scientific journals but also books in English and in French.
I’ve also been in touch and talked to many people from the bodybuilding industry: personal trainers, athletes (strength), bodybuilders … Their experience taught me a lot about bodybuilding.
However, I never take anything for granted; I always make my own decision after hearing several opinions.
If I wanted to start writing articles and publishing videos, it’s to share my passion and my own experience with you. I’ve regularly been asked questions about bodybuilding in my entourage and I designed many training and nutritional programs. Each of them was unique as everyone is different. And I’d like to emphasize that word because a program that works for someone might not work for someone else.
I have the motivation and desire to share everything I know with you.
In 10 years, I had the chance to test many different techniques from bodybuilding with bodyweight to bodybuilding with weights. I also tried several high-intensity techniques that are more or less effective but also many more principles to make the most of my body. And this knowledge, I want to share it with you.
Russcoffitness is a mindset based on 3 principles:
- Dedication: “With ordinary talent and extraordinary perseverance, all things are attainable” – Thomas Fowell Buxton. To reach your goals, you have to be ready to make sacrifices but life is all about choices. If you have a dream and want to make it happen, you have to fully dedicate yourself to reach it. Never give up!
- Tolerance: If I do not recommend the use of steroids, everybody is free to do whatever they want with their body. Same with supplements. Too often people in the fitness industry criticize each other. We all share the same passion and we should respect each other.
- Motivation: “Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm” – Winston Churchill. Without solid motivation, you ain’t going nowhere! It’s the key to your success, the tool that will make you successful. ‘Motivation is to humans what fuel is to cars – your power source.’
We are all different and you will have to find the training that works the best to you.
Now you know me but what about you?

But what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you give up now, that’ll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don’t, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will train you.’
