For this first recipe, I decided to keep it very simple. But simple does not mean it’s disgusting! On the contrary – if you like seafood, this salad is delicious.

Ingredients (1 person)
- 150/200g of shrimps
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 egg
- olive oil
- ½ lemon
- salt and pepper
Even if there is nothing complicated, the first thing to do is to prepare the sauce. Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil (extra virgin if possible from Tunisia) with half the lemon juice.
Peel off the prawns and leave them to simmer in the sauce from 10 to 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil your egg and cut your avocado into cube or slice.
Once your hard-boiled egg is ready, shell it and put it in a container with your avocado. Add the prawns with your sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix your box in order to have the sauce on everything.
Despite its fat content, this prawns salad is excellent to get lean. The avocado, olive oil and egg contain ‘good fat’. Remember that fat is essential for your body even when trying to get ripped.
This salad is perfect for lunch. It will take only 10 to 15 minutes to prepare and will be very easy to take it with you to work.
