Even when you are on holidays, you still can train. There is nothing better than enjoying a hard training session with a view on the sea. I think that Arnold Schwarzenegger would say the same.
You do not need to have a proper gym to perform a full workout. As you already are on holidays, just keep it simple with body based exercises. Not only you’ll avoid taking a break in your workout (even though it’s good to have one between two cycles) it will also strengthen your core allowing you to lift heavier when going back to your routine.
As the sun might be really strong, it is really important to drink a lot of water (more than usual).
But don’t forget: Smile, Sweat and Enjoy, after all you are on holidays.
